Merzhin

The sprites from Landerneau have put an end to the shows Place de la Résistance. Coming from groups playing miscellaneous styles (rock, bagadou) Merzhin, born in 1996 is a successful combination of Rock and traditional music. The band played in the off-festival in 1999, in "Les Jardins de l'Evêché" last year, and they were given the amphitheatre large stage this year: a dazzling career !

They've sold more than 80,000 copies of their album "Pleine Lune". The moon was shining over the amphitheatre when the musicians hit the stage. Their festive rock invited the spectators to caustic dances. Bassist Damien slapped, the guitars distorted and the spectators got their kicks. No time to rest. Electronic sounds, ska and Rock invited everybody to the dance.
