Sally Nyolo Difficult to take the stage after Omar Sosa ? Definitely not for Sally Nyolo who only requires a few notes to impose her music to the audience, a limited audience on account of "La Nuit des Vieux Quartiers". Sally Nyolo interpreted a repertoire influence by Bitsuki, a traditional African song. Sally Nyolo has lived in France for some time now, but she remains deeply attached to the culture of Cameroun, her native country. In her latest album, Sally Nyolo set off on a true initiatory voyage. Showing her desire to go back to her deepest roots, she even met women who live in the Cameroun forest where only male Pygmies are entitled to play the "Mvet", a magical instrument, a 10-string guitar with 4 gourds. Impressed by her brilliant command of the music, they allowed her to discover the instrument, whose peculiar sound we could hear last night. The finale saw the reunion on stage of Sally Nyolo and a deeply moved Omar Sosa with some of his musicians.
